What’s included.

Do clients count toward the 5 team members?

No. The 5 accounts are for the firm’s owner and staff. Clients and participants, including both people in a couple, are unlimited.

What counts toward the 25 GB of storage?

Files received and delivered to clients, including documents in closed matters until they are purged. The technical limit is 25 MB per file. Documents are not charged individually.

What happens if our needs grow?

We work with you to add capacity or reduce stored documents. There are no automatic overage charges or file deletions to enforce a cap. Capacity terms are confirmed when you subscribe.

Can I keep all my documents in Dossilo?

Dossilo is a collection and delivery tool. Export documents to your professional archive. Retention after a matter closes is configurable; the default is 90 days.

How do billing and cancellation work?

The monthly plan is CA$29 per month. The annual plan is CA$290 paid upfront, equivalent to CA$24.17 per month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Renewal, refund and post-subscription retention terms are provided before payment.

Is pricing the same for multiple firms?

Each subscription covers one firm workspace and subdomain. Separate firms need separate subscriptions. We can discuss your organization before opening the workspaces.
