Your trial and onboarding
Your free 30-day trial starts when your workspace is ready. No credit card is required. Standard setup includes starter templates and a 30-minute onboarding session, with no setup fee. Substantial template migrations, custom training and integrations are scoped separately.
The Practice plan
Each subscription covers one firm, its workspace and its subdomain. It includes up to 5 staff accounts, including the owner, 25 GB of storage, unlimited clients and no numerical cap on matters. Each file can be up to 25 MB. Incoming and outgoing files count toward storage, including documents in closed matters until they are purged.
Billing
The price is CA$29 per month or CA$290 per year, paid annually. The annual price is equivalent to CA$24.17 per month and saves CA$58 compared with twelve monthly payments. Applicable taxes are extra. We agree on your subscription and billing with you; the end of your trial does not trigger a payment without your consent.
Capacity and price changes
If your firm needs more staff accounts or storage, we review the appropriate capacity together. There are no automatic overage charges, and no files are deleted to enforce a plan limit. Your initial rate is protected for your first 12 paid months. Later changes are announced at least 60 days in advance and take effect at renewal after that period.
Cancellation and exports
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month for monthly subscriptions, or the paid year for annual subscriptions. Exports remain available throughout the paid period. Renewal, refund and post-subscription retention terms are provided before payment.
Retention and hosting
Dossilo is a document collection and delivery service. Export documents into your professional archive. The deletion period after a matter closes is configurable, with a default of 90 days.
