The form collects your name, work email, firm name, the reason for your inquiry and an optional message. A protected fingerprint of your network address helps limit abusive submissions. Please do not include documents or confidential information about your clients.
How we use this information
We use it to respond to your inquiry, arrange a walkthrough or prepare your trial. Dossilo administrators responsible for following up can access it. Our email service sends them a notification of your request.
Hosting and retention
Inquiries are stored in the application database, hosted in the United States. Information may also be processed by the email service that notifies our team. Website inquiries are retained in this database for up to 12 months; correspondence needed for a subsequent customer relationship may be covered by that relationship’s terms.
Cookies and browsing
The marketing website does not add advertising or audience tracking tools. Its language is determined by the page URL. The sign-in portals use cookies required for sessions and language preferences.
Contacting us about your information
Use the contact form to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have sent us. Include the email address used for your original inquiry, without attaching identification documents.
